Kokuyo HAKO-AKE 2-Way Scissors and Box Cutter – Titanium, Khaki

The Kokuyo HAKO-AKE is one of those tools that earns its place on the desk by solving a problem you did not realise was annoying you until it was gone. It is a compact, pocket-sized tool that switches between scissors mode and cutter mode with a single sliding motion, one-handed, without removing any cap or cover. In cutter mode, a 3mm titanium blade extends for opening cardboard boxes cleanly without cutting too deeply into the contents. A built-in guide rail on the front of the casing can be slid along the edge of a cardboard box for a straight, controlled cut every time.
