Kaweco AL Sport Ballpen Anthracite

The Kaweco AL Sport Ballpen in Anthracite is the most understated pen in the AL Sport range — a warm, matte grey that sits somewhere between gunmetal and charcoal, with a silky anodized finish that feels refined without drawing attention to itself. It is the kind of colour that pairs naturally with almost anything on a desk and wears well over time without showing minor handling marks. The solid CNC-turned aluminium body gives it a satisfying weight and density that the plastic Sport models cannot replicate, and the octagonal profile settles into the hand with the same familiarity the Sport silhouette has carried since 1935.

The push-push mechanism extends and retracts the tip cleanly and quietly with each press — no cap to manage, no twist required. The pen comes loaded with a blue D1 ballpoint refill at 1.0 mm and is compatible with all standard D1 refills, available from Kaweco in blue and black. The pen arrives in a Kaweco gift box.
