Midori MD Notebook B6 Slim - Grid

Midori MD Notebook B6 Slim – Grid

The MD Notebook is one of those objects that earns its reputation quietly. There is no ornament and no decorative finish, just MD Paper, the paper Midori has been developing in-house since 1960. It is used for the pages, the cover and the endpapers, and you notice it the first time a pen touches the page: smooth, and resistant to feathering and bleed-through, even with a fountain pen.

The B6 Slim is a slim, easy-to-carry size that comes out of a pocket or bag quickly for jotting notes, keeping a diary or recording a hobby. The 5mm grid is printed in pale blue-grey lines, with a small gap between squares in the style of traditional Japanese manuscript paper. Tick marks every 5 and 10 squares make it easy to count characters, and the lines stay out of the way of your writing and sketches. The thread-sewn binding opens fully flat at 180 degrees, and a bookmark string and index stickers are included.

Please note that MD Notebooks are currently undergoing a subtle update to their cover design. Orders may include notebooks featuring either the previous or the updated cover, depending on available stock. The paper inside is completely unchanged.
