Mitsubishi uni-ball ONE 3 Multi Pen – Brick Red, 0.5 mm

The uni-ball ONE 3 is the first multi pen in Mitsubishi’s uni-ball ONE line, carrying black, red and blue gel refills in one compact barrel. It is built around the same ink that made the single ONE pens popular: darker blacks and more vivid colours than ordinary gel ink. Brick Red is a warm, earthy red that feels friendly rather than loud. It suits a planner, a student’s pencil case or a desk drawer equally well.

The 0.5 mm tip is a versatile everyday size, fine enough for neat notes and planner entries but still smooth and easy to read. The body is short and slightly thicker than a typical multi pen, and it sits comfortably in the hand. Even with three refills inside, a metal tip stabilizer reduces vibration at the tip for a steadier, more controlled feel. A twist-style selector switches between colours, and a metal clip secures the pen to a notebook or pocket.

The ink is a water-based gel formula that keeps colour on the paper surface rather than letting it soak into the fibres, so lines look crisp and saturated. It dries quickly and is less prone to smudging and bleed-through, which suits colour-coding notes, journaling and everyday planning.
