LAMY AL-star Fountain Pen – Disco, EF (Extra Fine)

The Disco is the second AL-star Special Edition for Summer 2026 — and it is the bolder of the two. Where the Rollerskate pairs pink with blue, the Disco flips the palette entirely: an electric green anodized aluminium body paired with punchy pink accents and a translucent pink grip section that reveals the pen's internal ink feed. The combination is vivid, deliberately retro, and impossible to ignore on a desk or in a pencil case. The AL-star is the aluminium evolution of the Safari design: same ergonomic proportions, lighter weight than you would expect from a metal pen, and a build quality that holds up to daily carry without any concessions.

The transparent pink grip section is one of the AL-star's most distinctive features — it allows the ink colour inside to show through, adding another layer of visual interest as the pen is used. The pen features an interchangeable Z50 stainless steel nib, and the Extra Fine grade lays down a crisp, precise line well suited to smaller handwriting and detailed note-taking. It is compatible with LAMY T10 cartridges or the Z28 converter for bottled ink use. One blue T10 cartridge is included.
