A 2-way all-purpose case made of PVC tarpaulin that is easily closed with a velcro hook and loop fastener.

PVC tarpaulin is a three-ply fabric consisting of a piece of scrim laminated between two sheets of polyvinyl film (PVC) making it tough, flexible waterproof, mildew proof, and antistatic. The surface is specially treated to prevent the anti-slip effect.
