Woven in Chita cotton, a traditional Japanese fabric. Chita cotton has been woven in the Chita Peninsula of Aichi prefecture since the Edo period. Even today, fabric is spun using shuttle looms passed down from the Meiji period. The soft look and feel is achieved by the slow pace of shuttle loom weaving.
