Canada Post strike is impacting other major couriers, causing them to experience higher shipment volumes and slower processing times. Unfortunately, this is resulting in delays, and we can no longer guarantee delivery before the holidays.

Canada Post Strike

Due to Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) strike we are no longer offering Canada Post as a shipping option therefore at the moment we cannot process orders with delivery to a PO Box. We will be also unable to process orders with delivery address in remotes rural areas where Canada Post is the only service available.

Holiday Shipping

Due to the Canada Post strike and its potential impact on other courier operations, we recommend placing your holiday orders by December 10th to ensure timely delivery. Our store will be closed from December 18th to January 8th (both days included) All orders placed in that time period will start processing January 9th.

Shipping policy

1.Although we try to show accurate stock levels, all orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. Please note: We are not able to accommodate local pickups.

2. Free Shipping* offer: Our free shipping offer only applies to orders over C$55 before taxes and discounts shipped to Canada and United States. Orders shipped to the United States will be delivered hassle-free by United States Postal Service. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

3. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada, United States, Europe (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden) South Korea, Japan.

Orders shipped to overseas destinations may be subject to taxes/duties. These charges are responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Pre-orders: Orders including pre-order items, will be processed once all the items are available to ship.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-2 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check out page of our website. Although we will do our best to accommodate your request, we unfortunately cannot guarantee it as it will also depend on courier specific policies.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

Shipments including ink cartridges and ink bottles: From Sept 15 to March 15 we cannot be responsible for leakage or breakage of ink bottles and cartridges in transit due to cold temperatures. Although we make every effort to avoid these occurrences (including the use of special packaging) we will not process any refund for damaged ink bottles or cartridges under any circumstances.

7. Delayed and/or Lost shipments

Please note noteworthy is not responsible for potential delays once an order is with the courier/postal service.

Although we will do our best helping you locate your shipment, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. We cannot issue refunds for lost packages under any circumstances.
